At Daisy Street Studios, we want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:

  1. Unused and in their original condition.
  2. In their original packaging (if applicable).

Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at hello@daisystreetstudio.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll review your request and send you instructions for returning your item.
  3. Ship It Back: Once approved, ship the item back to us. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Refund Process

  1. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we’ve received and inspected your returned item.
  2. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we sincerely apologize! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

  1. Photos of the damaged/defective item.
  2. Your order number.

We’ll work quickly to provide a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  1. Custom or personalized products.
  2. Items purchased on clearance or final sale.
